An auto-responder is usually a predefined email message, that's sent automatically as a reply to each e-mail received in a mailbox with this feature activated. The two most common examples for employing this option are automated e-mails that one is briefly away from the office or that an order is received successfully. An auto-responder may also be used as a basic confirmation that the email is received successfully, which can be something quite important in enterprise e-mail correspondence. The message that's delivered can be pretty much anything and could be changed according to the conditions and what the auto-responder will be employed for. As the option is enabled server-side, there isn’t anything you have to do manually and you do not need an email program to be active all the time for the automatic reply to be delivered to the individual sending you an e-mail.

Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
Creating an auto-responder message will take you only a few clicks if you are using a
shared service from us. This can be done in the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you could see all of your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You may either choose an email and click on the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and select the option in the context menu that will pop up. All you have to do is to enter the content which you want to be sent as an automated reply and save the changes. You are able to enter any text you want and editing or disabling the auto-responder feature can be just as effortless. In the same part of the Control Panel you'll be able to keep track of which accounts have the option enabled and which do not.

Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you choose to host your domains in a
semi-dedicated server account with us, you'll be able to create an auto-responder for any e-mail that you create from the Emails part of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All of the mailboxes which you have will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and for each one of them you will notice a small "Auto-responder" button. To activate the function, click on the button for an individual e-mail address, type in the content that you'll want people to get as a reply to their e-mail messages, then save your changes. You'll be able to change or delete this text whenever you want following the same steps. If you want to create an auto-responder to a range of email addresses, you can select them and include a message to all of them simultaneously - an option, which is accessible in Hepsia and which can save a lot of time.
