The requirements have raised some questions considering that the generic top-level domain is the only one that specifies what devices has to be able to open a website and the way in which this has to happen, breaking the so-called principles of device independence, according to which a site should be designed in such a way as to be viewed by the majority of web browsers and devices, be they mobile or stationary.
